Previous box has been reinstalled again with my account swapped into it. He was insisting to take back the 6666 box.But I called nodal officer immediately. He too asked me to co-operate and said- "Dekh lijiye ek bar, shayad theek chal jaaye."
I said- "He isagain installing the old defective box which I had. Now I want this 6666 box only"

He said- sir your case has become extra-ordinary for us. We've been continuously discussing about it with our seniors and TL and blah blah..
Will update you in morning.

For now, I have kept both the boxes with me.

Why they launch new models when they can't manufacture it correctly

They are idiots. Why couldn't they discuss this swapping issue before sending me this 6666 stb.. Now they're asking me to co-operate. Chutzpah kar rakha hai.

There is no appellate authority bro.. only nodal officer, circle office and corporate office.
My issue is already being looked into by Nodal Officer above him are the circle office and corporate office but their email ID is nowhere mentioned. Will call the circle office tomorrow and mail to TRAI as well.
