There is no appellate authority bro.. only nodal officer, circle office and corporate office.
My issue is already being looked into by Nodal Officer above him are the circle office and corporate office but their email ID is nowhere mentioned. Will call the circle office tomorrow and mail to TRAI as well.
But you already mailed to the CEO. Isn't it.

their quality and service trainer is coming from Ghaziabad. I told him that their was no need to come.
But he told me that he wanted to check if their is any external factor other than defective stb issue.
He's unable to digest the fact that back to back 4 STBs were replaced within four months and all of them had one defect or another.

Perhaps They are too confident about their hardware quality. :rolleyes:
Will tell him about the low quality hardware.
