Discussion Why videocon d2h not adding new hd channels?

Seems most of the HD channels which are available on Dish TV are on D2h as well , I don't think that merger is a roadblock for addition,.
Let's consider that merger is delaying it.
The merger started 8 months back , I see some regional HD channels added an d as far as I remember D Sports HD is the last HD channel added before 2 months.
Why merger didn't holded this addition ?? It's just to skip the topic.
Basic reason for merger is to bring two entities subscriber base (Dish TV and D2h) under same umbrella to rule the dth sector.
But if they add channels more we are always happy to enjoy..
