Worst Experience while upgrading HD STB USB recording

D2h's 1 TB dvr is total worthless.
We have to delete recordings regularly otherwise box will hang and won't perform recording...
It even can not bear 500gb data of rec. in 1TB HDD...if we complaint engineers for hanging issues they also suggest that only thing u can do is delete all recording then and then box will perform properly.

Now what is the use of 1TB then???

Recently I got a chance to see the quality of "Airtel HD+" on Micromax LCD.I got surprised to see the quality difference betn Airtel & d2h HD...
- Sony SD channel PQ was awesome and far better than what d2h offers- SD channel PQ with HD connection.
- In fact I couldn't notice the difference of Airtel's Sony SD channel(with HD+) and d2h's HD channel.
- Imagine guys, what would be the PQ of Airtel's HD channel with HD+ connection.

But airtel's cc service and out field service is not good as they not come on time. As my friend book new connection but he not get install since 2 days

HOPELESS is the word for their service, i have had first hand experience. Whenever i tweet to them about any issue, they just respond back that ''We have forwarded ur request.... blah blah blah'' and no one calls or responds after that. I have seen this happening many times for even 3 weeks after which i gave up. Tata Sky and Airtel have good service, they respond to tweets immediately plus their on ground team follows it up very well in time. I can tell this as i have used all for a long time now. Videocon d2h customer care is already bad plus their social media team is also slow in responding to tweets and the on ground follow is well better i not say anything. If Videocon d2h does not improve its cust care, on field service, hardware, software then mark my words, they will gradually start falling down. Its upto them now, if i write to CEO mail ID about any issue, they say that plz follow normal customer redressal system and plz do not write here and if i follow that, i do not get response.

Oh, sometime we facing issue because of some arrogant employee, same is here for airtel , @IM bro have experience of ts so no one is perfect. I was share a article about services after sales of indian company. 95% complaint not resolved in time
