HOPELESS is the word for their service, i have had first hand experience. Whenever i tweet to them about any issue, they just respond back that ''We have forwarded ur request.... blah blah blah'' and no one calls or responds after that. I have seen this happening many times for even 3 weeks after which i gave up. Tata Sky and Airtel have good service, they respond to tweets immediately plus their on ground team follows it up very well in time. I can tell this as i have used all for a long time now. Videocon d2h customer care is already bad plus their social media team is also slow in responding to tweets and the on ground follow is well better i not say anything. If Videocon d2h does not improve its cust care, on field service, hardware, software then mark my words, they will gradually start falling down. Its upto them now, if i write to CEO mail ID about any issue, they say that plz follow normal customer redressal system and plz do not write here and if i follow that, i do not get response.
