I think you must ask ADTV in written about their exit policies and Clarification on STB return and refund. Ideally of they are taking back STB then they should provide the refund too.

Do you think any DTH will clarify our stand on this ? TRAI are so Negligible on their policies that these are so critical to understand and these DTH companies are getting rid of customers.

Why not ? If you ask they will certainly clarify. They hide things because we don't ask them.

Bro. DTH companies are having 3 polices to protect ourself but yes before purchase we should ask the real purchase price of STBs.
I have used adtv sd dvr. Then I bought videocon d2h hd which turned out to be a horrible experience. Then I opted for adtv hd stb. And so far so good. No problem what so ever. Odd channel is missing which they will add sooner for sure.

Adtv had SD DVR initially which was later discontinued.
Adtv doesn't take or block customer is, you just say I would recharge later as I'm out of station and would give you some offers for more than 6 months discontinued users.
Adtv is stable on comparing with rdtv and d2h stbs
