Means nowhere days channels are cropping scenes to bring HD shot contents into SD screens.

Black bars only hurts me on Sports otherwise I having no problem even if running in HD channels too.

Why should they object? I don't think they have any jurisdiction on such things. They need money and they are getting it.

If dishtv purchasing only HD version of History then they simply loose the money of SD version ? Isn't it ?

Movies are produces in 21:9 ratio. Which is telecasted like this in HD
Black bars in top and bottom in HD feed . it has more field of view than 16:9.
When the same feed telecasted in 16:9 by cropping. It looks like this (which most of user likes)
So the question is what happens when u watch this in CRT having 4:3 ratio. It looks like this
