I sold my old HD STB and bought this one. My LCO was okay to take the old HD STB back but he said he will refund only the remaining subscription charges so I sold it outside.

To do that STB would require triple tuners, i am sure Hathway HD DVR has only 2 tuners

Yes, looks like Hathway HD PVR has only 2 tuners. So their advertisement about record 2 channels while watching the 3rd channel turned out to be false and marketing gimmick.

It didn't work in dishtv.
