Anirudha bro, it is not an essential one but some restriction. In other Dths, i record one channel from a TP while another fav program is on another tp but i would be forced to watch the channels on recording TP. Something is better than nothing.

Same hence its nullified the facility.

As far as I see, only use of USB recording is we can take clear picture of the channel by pausing the channel so that we can post it on forums
