Write a soft & courteous email explaining them your problem in details &the response or resolution given by the local team..... Also i am providing you the mobile no of Nisha Saxena she is Regional Team Lead - Service Assurance you can speak with her & try to find out who is your circle coordinator....
I am sure your problem would soon be resolved if escalated at the right forum .. .Cheers !!!!

IndianMascot far from solved, last 2days pure hell, 20 times disconnection in span of Few hours.. .today their top engineer from salem was supposed to come to my places , he never turned up. Maybe cos tata bb was down, some fiber cable cut it seems.
Tata ko mcbc (merry christmas before christmas, in case any one wonder what mcbc means :D)

Really pathetic yaar. Sometime i feel why the hell India was keen to go on Mars when we can't have a proper internet setup at our houses.

Most of the time here in MUmbai, building have 1-2 broadband connections and both are pathetic. All kind of wireless connections are pathetic including these 3G and 4G.

What a pissed life when you need internet and it is not available.

The issue is sorted out now, they changed the telephone cable, which was the main culprit, it had been damaged at 2-3 places (yes it is in the air cable, not underground).
Apparently the cable runs .over a main road .5km from the tower or what ever to my house.
And to think these guys were always blaming the modem + router i used.:eek:

Yes,.finally. But this issue remains

Jul 24 07:15:45 pppd[337]: Connect time 721.2 minutes.
Every 12 hours (721 minutes) this happens

I was facing multiple issue with Docomo i decided to change the operator. Though i got necessary wavers from Docomo they did not charge me since past 3 months.
I have taken a new connection of Triple Play. The plan which i got was 5 MBPS 50 GB @ 688 (all inclusive Including Tax) vs earlier one of 5 MBPS 10 GB @ 900 ( all Inclusive)

The speed which i am now getting is exceptional to tune of 5 to 6 MBPS.

Hope this time the relationship last
