Tata Wireline Services Scrapped Docomo now with Triple Play

The disconnecting issue continues and tata guys refuse to acknowledge that problem lies at their end. They are going to provide me with modem, which will not have logging facility, and then they want me to prove that net gets disconnected.
So how do I do that?

Try pinging command whenever the net gets slow or disconnects..first have you showed this disconnect issue in front of those people?

i have provided them with log files, i have also enabled "Enable Web Access from WAN" to allow them to access my router and its settings. The local engineer gave a reply which left me stunned, "sir internet not working in our office."
They told me they cannot send an engineer for the kind of money i pay. Yes these were the words. He was suggesting i take leased line. wtf.

So what else they need to prove the disconnect issues and I am sure the details of your connect disconnect would be with the company.

Exactly my point. They don't allow me to use tools / equipment that will log connection, they wont send their person, and yet ask me to prove.
And on may 22 the cable was cut as it was hanging low, they claim they have relaid it end to end. But truth is they have just joined the cut.

Beggars cant be choosers, here we have failtel , stopped that due to FUP. Then Bsnl 2 mbps upto 8gb . thereafter 1mbps @ 1445/- pm. So tata was giving 2mbps @ 1499/- totally unlimited.
